Shipping Policy
All orders typically ship out within 24 hours of completed payment. For any pre-orders or back-order items please see item description or email | info@CatchThemAllTCG.com for shipping times.
Please Read before placing a Pre-Order…

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on Catch Them All TCG, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right | info@CatchThemAllTCG.com
