FAQ

  • Do we buy cards?
    Yes! We currently purchase both Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering bulk as well as graded singles. Please fill out our contact form or email us at info@CatchThemAllTCG.com and we will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours.
  • Do we offer price matching?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer price matching at this time. We do however take trades towards store credit as well as offering incredibly competitive rates on bulk and graded cards!
  • How does shipping work?
    We currently only ship within the continental US. We charge a flat rate fee of $10 per order regardless of how much is purchased. We'll give you a tip: The best way to save is to do large orders so that the $10 shipping is divided amongst several items instead of just 1 or 2.
  • Where are we located?
    We are currently an online only store based in West Palm Beach, Florida. While we might not have a brick and mortar location, be sure to follow us on all our socials so you can see what conventions/events we might be attending in your local area!
  • Are we able to reserve product?
    We currently operate on a first come first served basis. We find this to be the most fair way to be able to serve all of our amazing customers!
  • Do we offer returns?
    The short answer is no. With that being said, please feel free to reach out to us on our contact form or at info@CatchThemAllTCG.com with any issues or concerns. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for a more detailed answer.
  • Why do we have a 3% cancellation fee?
    We are charged a non refundable 3% processing fee by our payment processing service immediately upon completion of the transaction. This fee covers that cost in the case of a cancellation.
